WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Trainers, Educators, Coaches looking to train Startups and New businesses.
Achieve Govt of India recognized certificate.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
1. Develop an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of being a trainer.
2. Learn, recognize and utilize the principles of Adult Trainers.
3. Identify and implement a variety of training methods.
4. Develop skills in lesson planning and program development.
5. Understand the Entrepreneurship Development Program in detail.
6. Understand the various financial and marketing strategies and schemes that are available to help a budding entrepreneur.

BENEFITS
On completion and certification, the trainers will get a Government of India recognition.

ELIGIBILITY
1. Should have minimum three years of Industry Experience.
2. Should be passionate about becoming a Trainer.

DURATION
The Train The Trainer Program will start with a one day classroom training followed by a E - Learning course on Entrepreneurship Development Program.

EVALUATION
The evaluation will be based on a Self project and an Online assessment.

CERTIFICATION
All the qualified trainers will get a certificate from NIESBUD.
